How to delete your K&L Fit account

K&L Fit is operated by K&L Fitness (Kalita & Lucas). You can delete your account at any time, free of charge, from the app itself.

In the app (iPhone, Android or browser)

  1. Log in at klfit.app.
  2. Open your profile:
    • Client or user: tap Profile on the bottom bar.
    • Trainer: tap your photo or initials at the top of the screen, or My profile in the menu.
  3. In the Your data box, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password. If you sign in with Google and have no password, type DELETE.

The deletion happens right away: you are logged out and can no longer sign in to that account. If you have the VIP plan, the subscription is canceled with it and there are no further charges.

Before deleting, you can tap Export my data in the same box to download a copy of everything.

Without access to the app

If you can't sign in, ask for the deletion at contact.klfitness@gmail.com, from the e-mail on the account and with the subject "Delete account". To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the account is yours. We reply within 15 days.

What is deleted

  • Name, e-mail, phone, photo and profile details.
  • Workouts you built, measurements, habits, runs, check-ins, form videos, health questionnaires, physical assessments and recorded monthly fees.
  • Messages and voice messages you sent in the chat.
  • Posts, photos, comments, likes, friendships and Private log photos.
  • Your profile in "Find a trainer" and your logo.
  • The link with your trainer or with your clients, which is ended.

Photos and videos stop being accessible at once and leave storage within 24 hours. Everything else is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payments, subscription and tax records: 5 years, as required by Brazilian tax and consumer law.
  • Access logs (IP, date and time): 6 months, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet).
  • Workouts done from a plan built by a trainer: kept without identification, only so the trainer's history stays correct.
